Offering five programs for Lycoming County residents 
Eligability: Lycoming County residents who have experienced life-changing hardship related to job loss, reduced work hours, disability, illness, loss of a loved one, domestic violence, separation or divorce, lack of a support system, natural disaster, house fire, homelessness, military deployment, and more.

Time, Talent, and Treasures Program, year-round
Our network team of over 200+ volunteers offer their time, talents, and treasures in numerous ways.

Partners to Promise Youth Initiative Program, year-round
Kids age 3-17 are awarded a one-year membership to a skill-building activity of their choice from one of our partners. Activities include music, dance, and art lessons, theatre and gymnastics classes, therapeutic horseback riding sessions, sports activities, camps and more!

Spring Clean Up Partnership Program, annually, one day in April
A team of Lycoming College students and community members volunteer to help residents in need with yard spring clean up tasks.

Adopt a Student Back to School Program, annually in August
Community members and businesses purchase school clothes and supplies for kids in need.

Adopt a Family for the Holidays Program, annually November-December
Community members and businesses purchase holidays gifts for children, adults, families, seniors, and veterans.

    Please fill out the information below completely to avoid delays in processing. If there are emplty areas, the form will not transmit

    Please provide house or apartment number, street name, and city/town.
    Please provide the person's name, address and phone number, how you know them and how long you have know them. (This can be a friend, relative, case manager, etc.)
    Please provide the name, address and phone number of a past employer, supervisor, coworker, or case manager. (This cannot be a friend or relative.)
    Please provide a list of all government aid and funding you are currently receiving (you may need to provide proof of income).
    (Please answer this question as you may have to provide proof of income.)
    If you are employed, list your place of employment, plus the name and phone number of your supervisor. If you're not employed please explain why.
    Please provide the number of adults and children living in your household. Note: If you are requested assistance for children, you may be required to provide Social Security numbers for them.
    Provide a list of all people over age 18 living in your household. Include first and last names.
    If "yes", please explain the circumstances.
    If "yes" please provide circumstances. Note: Answering "yes" does not automatically disqualify you from receiving assistance from us.
    Answer "Yes" or "No." Note: If you answer "No", we may not be able to assist you.
    Please explain your request, hardship, and your current situation in detail. Note: Your application can not be processed without this information, and you would be required to submit a new application if not completed.
